Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, and develop comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care and ethics. Competitive earning potential and continuing education opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education
