Job summary

42 North Dental in the United States seeks a Dentist to join an established practice with a strong flow of new patients and a wide range of in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam and treatment plan to delivery of care.

The Dentist is responsible for delivering high-quality care in a collaborative setting, contributing to the growth and success of the practice while upholding the highest

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education

Education
