Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to performing restorative and surgical procedures.

The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience and will work with in-office specialty services as needed. We offer up to 36% of collections, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and a benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401K, CE

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continue education.
