Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a daily schedule 8AM-5PM, 4-5 days/week.

The role offers a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus. You will join a growth-focused team with ongoing CE and Harvard Rounds Network opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education.
