42North Dental in Charlotte, MI is looking for a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient care journey from exam through treatment, delivering comprehensive restorative and preventive services. The role supports collaboration with in-house specialists to advance patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

You will participate in a practice that offers a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, a robust benefits package, and continued education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification renewals up to date.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and discuss treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
