Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will oversee the full patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-house services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily schedule of 8AM-5PM, 4–5 days per week, and compensation with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus an annual sign-on bonus up to $20k and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA–accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
