Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Full-Time Dentist to join a practice rooted in Boston with a strong patient flow. You will manage the full clinical patient experience—from initial exam and planning to delivery of care—within a team offering periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role includes a $180,000–$250,000 annual range, up to 36% of collections, and a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE are provided.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
