Path to partnership available. Guaranteed salary is $175,000-$200,000 depending on experience and prior production levels. Compensation above guaranteed salary will be up to 32% of net production and we are only contracted with Delta Dental Premier. The most qualified candidates will easily exceed the base salary by a large margin. Additional benefits include CE stipend, paid malpractice premiums and 401(k) and profit-sharing plan.
