This is primarily bread‑and‑butter dentistry with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The practice has been serving the community for over 45 years and operates with organized systems and experienced support staff. Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation Structure

• $900 per day guaranteed during Year 1
• Part‑time option: Tuesday / Thursday / Friday
• Full‑time option: 5 days per week
• After Year 1: Tiered production‑based compensation available for associates exceeding production benchmarks
