Zak Dental, a family-owned multi-specialty practice in Santa Barbara, CA, seeks a skilled dentist to join our team. We offer general dentistry with in-house endodontics, periodontics, implants, pediatrics, orthodontics, and oral surgery within our Zak Dental offices.

The ideal candidate has an accredited US degree, California Dental License, NPI, DEA, and BLS/CPR. We provide a daily base rate with a performance bonus and a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

We are family owned dental practices serving our communities for over 30 years. Our practices are multi-specialty groups performing general dentistry and have several in house specialties. We believe patients should have access to services such as oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, pedodontics, and orthodontics all within the comfort of their preferred Zak Dental office.

Our team (composed of dentists, hygienists, surgeons, and specialists) prioritizes your complex oral health above all else. While each team member excels in their area of expertise, we work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care tailored to our patients.

About the candidate:

The dentist that is best suited for the position should be highly incentivized and possess superior communication skills. The highest performers in this position are people who are not just skilled but work in large multi-specialty groups, understand the dynamics of restorative dentistry, are proficient and looking to be highly paid!
