Job description

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care and support the delivery of comprehensive treatment. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient comfort, safety, and ethical care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and general dental procedures.
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care within the scope of licensure.
  • Review medical and dental histories and maintain accurate, timely patient records.
  • Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly to patients.
  • Deliver care that follows current clinical standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with dental laboratory and clinical team members to support accurate, well-fitting restorations and prosthetic treatments.
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and arrange appropriate follow-up care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.
  • Participate in team communication, continuing education, and quality-improvement activities.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited program.
  • Current authorization to practice dentistry in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Strong knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, treatment planning, and infection control.
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, laboratory personnel, and other team members.
