West Coast Dental Administrative Services Llc is seeking a General Dentist to join our Long Beach offices. The role offers high-end compensation with a guaranteed base plus production and a large, diverse patient base across Southern California.

We value exceptional chairside demeanor, teamwork, and a passion for excellent patient care. Open to full-time or part-time clinicians in multiple locations within the region.

Qualifications

• Active malpractice insurance is required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborate with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and patient relationships.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding dental treatment.
