Mountainville Dental of Lehigh PC is seeking a highly motivated General Dentist for a state-of-the-art practice in Allentown. Initially, a part-time option may be considered; 4 days per week preferred.

The candidate should prioritize patient care and possess strong interpersonal skills to drive practice growth. The practice features CBCT, digital X-rays, and Itero scanner to ensure precise diagnosis and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• DMD or DDS degree accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental examinations and treatments, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to maintain high standards of care.
• Uphold ethics and professionalism; stay updated with advancements in dentistry.

We are a general dental office and are ideally looking for 4 days per week position. Initially, we can also consider part time position as well. Pay range and compensation package:

COMPENSATION: 28-35% of collections.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental examinations and treatments, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.

• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients by collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members.
