Job summary

West Loop Dentologie is seeking a full-time General Dentist to start this October with at least one year of practice experience. The role focuses on comprehensive dentistry and contributing to a vibrant employee culture in a modern practice located in a lively Chicago neighborhood.

Compensation includes 32.5% adjusted net production, a $5,000 signing bonus, and annual earnings around $254,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Active IL dental license (and malpractice insurance).
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities.
• Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
• Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.
• Ability to adapt to Dentologie's learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance - eager to further enhance your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
• Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
• Keep accurate records relating to the patient’s oral health and the tx rendered to them.
• Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients.
• Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
• Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
• Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome.

The West Loop Dentologie practice (digital, nine ops) is seeking a talented full-time General Dentist to start this October (at least one year of practice experience required).

• Scanning: iTero 5D Plus at all locations.


• Milling: Glidewell FastMill (Zirconia and hybrid options). 3D Printing: Glidewell FastPrint (Nightguards, retainers, etc)


• Chairs: DCI 5 series with built in electric motor for both restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built intoeach chair along with backup carts


• Restorative materials: Mostly Kerr brand. Burs: Kerr/Colten/SS White


• Clear Aligner brand: Invisalign. All retainers are exclusively Vivera

  • Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
  
  
  • Prescribe medicationssuch as pain medications orantibiotics.
  
  
  • Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes,to examine and treat teeth.
