Aloha Dental Care in Carpinteria and Ventura, CA is seeking a motivated associate dentist to join our well-established two-location practice with the potential for ownership. You will work with cutting-edge digital dentistry technology and provide high-quality care focused on esthetic dentistry, root canals, extractions with grafting, and implants.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of GP experience, exceptional patient communication, and a collaborative spirit to our team of six staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a GP.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of 6 staff including 2 hygienists.
• Build strong relationships with patients and explain treatment plans clearly.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, busy two location practice (Carpinteria & Ventura CA) with a strong patient base and access to cutting-edge digital dentistry technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care, be excellent in esthetic dentistry, well experienced in Root Canals and Extractions with bone grafting and the ability to place dental implants. The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with patients, and contribute to a positive team environment. We have strong ties to our communities in Carpinteria and Ventura and are looking for a collaborative partner to flourish in these communities as well.

Responsibilities include: Collaborating within a team environment of 6 staff members including 2 hygienists. Building strong and trusting relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment plans through excellence in communication. Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a GP.
