Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and restorations.
• Perform extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implants.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental systems.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and state dental regulations.
• Practice four-handed dentistry and collaborate with the dental team.
• Maintain high patient safety, comfort, and quality of care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Weekend: Weekend opportunities available

Pay: $500/day or 30% of collections, whichever is higher

• Practice effective four-handed dentistry and collaborate with the dental team.

Requirements

• Active Alabama Dental License.
• Minimum 1 year of dental experience.
• New graduates are not being considered for this position.
• DEA registration/certification and Controlled Substance Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
• Experience with general dentistry procedures, including restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and implants.
• Familiarity with electronic dental records and dental terminology.
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• $500 per day or 30% of collections, whichever is higher.
