Twin Cities Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established Champlin and Andover, MN practices. You will help care for a busy patient base within a modern clinic, supported by six hygienists and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with General Dentistry experience.
• Experience working with a busy, multi-provider practice.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft, CEREC and iTero preferred.

Twin Cities Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established, multi-provider practices in Champlin and Andover, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy schedule with a strong, loyal patient base and a highly experienced clinical team.

Our offices are equipped with modern technology and supported by six hygienists, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care while maximizing efficiency and production. You will have the autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are looking for a dentist who values patient relationships, clinical excellence, and long-term growth within a thriving practice.

Compensation is structured as a competitive base rate or production-based income, offering strong earning potential.

Pay

• $180,000 - $250,000 per year

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible schedule
• Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM. Flexible.
• Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.

• Clinical Experience: General Dentistry

• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 3+ years of practice
