The compensation ranges from $85,000 to $94,500 with benefits including medical, dental, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting S&OP/IBP processes within a Supply Chain organization.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution networks and market demand drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly demand forecasting process.
• Analyze historical sales and market trends to improve accuracy.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams for alignment.
