The Associate Dean for Program Development will report to the Dean and provide strategic leadership and oversight for program development within the designated school or program. This will include oversight of existing academic, research, and/or professional programs, and current and future programs as assigned. The incumbent is responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of new educational and professional development programs within the designated school or program and evaluating all aspects of new and current programs while working closely with the Dean and Associate Deans to support the operations of the designated school.

This is a full-time position. The allocation of effort may be structured to accommodate clinical practice and/or research activities, including effort supported by research funding, based on the candidate’s qualifications, funding availability, clinical responsibilities, and institutional needs. The specific distribution of effort will be determined at the time of appointment and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving research, clinical, and operational requirements.
