CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Finance Advisory professional to perform Quality of Earnings analyses, due diligence, and financial modeling for clients pursuing mergers, acquisitions, or business sales. The role requires deep analysis, policy review, and clear communication of findings to clients and their advisors.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and exposure to financial statement prep, audits, and reporting.

This role performs financial Quality of Earnings, due diligence, excel financial analysis, and other consultative services for clients who are buying a business, selling a business, or otherwise contemplating some type of merger & acquisition activity.
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $55,000-95,000 #LI-SK1
