IBM Consulting is seeking an Associate Business Transformation Consultant (BTC) for the university hire program in the United States. You will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping clients transform their business strategies with data-driven insights and AI-enabled learning paths.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with global clients, build a portfolio of projects, and access certifications and digital badges on IBM’s AI-driven learning platform, guided by mentors

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL/ELT projects and data warehouse design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, data modeling and CI/CD basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as project demands.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Data Visualization: create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Data Quality Assurance: ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation.
• Client Collaboration: translate requirements and define current/future operational scenarios.
• Presentation of Insights: clearly present analytics and recommendations.
• Consulting Skills: drive process transformation with strong communication and collaboration.
