Qualifications

• BS degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred.
• Agentic AI development experience preferred.

Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our team. The role will be responsible for being at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Church & Dwight.

The Associate Data Scientist will collaborate with diverse business units to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, leveraging data science and advanced analytics to deliver impactful solutions.

Work Environment

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ, and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Insight Generation Utilize predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and trends within our vast data sets.
• Collaborative Consulting Partner with various business units to understand their needs, gather user requirements, and translate them into data products and solutions.
• Actionable Outcomes Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform business strategies and drive operational improvements.
• Data Storytelling Communicate complex analytical findings in a compelling and easily understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights lead to informed decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies to continuously enhance our analytic capabilities.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
• Agentic AI development experience is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400–$84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. You are also able to participate in our 401k retirement plan (with company match and profit-sharing) and Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
