The Associate Data Engineer will support Working America’s data integration work, including troubleshooting data issues, supporting interface data flows, and contributing to data validation and transformation efforts. Under the direction of the Manager of Data and Cloud services, they will assist in documenting data structures, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
This is a fixed-term position through Dec. 18, 2026.

The Step 1 salary is $94,209, with additional steps considered for candidates with experience and qualifications beyond what is required above. Includes medical insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with employer contribution.
The position is a bargaining unit position, represented by the Washington-Baltimore NewsGuild, TNG-CWA, Local 32035.
