Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking an Associate, Data Center Solutions Architect to lead the development and delivery of technical solutions across the project portfolio. You will drive solution design, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage submittals from planning through construction.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in infrastructure or cloud technologies, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while handling multiple

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture with licensure or active pursuit.
• Hands-on experience overseeing architectural design and construction in-field.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with A/MEP design and sustainability guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of A/S/MEP design with external consultants and ensure cross-discipline alignment.
• Gather and document customer requirements with Solutions Architect Team.
• Provide onsite leadership during construction to verify design intent.
• Drive collaboration to address site-specific challenges and improve constructability.
• Oversee construction documents and manage design submittals for compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and develop engineering standards and processes.
• Communicate progress and risks to Commercial team and program managers.
