Job summary

EAB is seeking an Associate Data Analyst in Financial Aid Optimization to join a small team focused on data-driven insights to improve enrollment outcomes for college and university partners. The role involves interpreting enrollment data for partners and supporting forecasting models with statistical analysis.

The position may require travel to multiple college campuses intermittently and is based in Richmond, VA or Minneapolis, MN with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office; ability to build charts and data visuals.
• Experience collaborating with partners and documenting data issues.

Responsibilities

• Collect and assemble student enrollment and financial aid data.
• Create descriptive charts and graphs for forecasting models.
• Send data requests to partners and test data integrity.
• Communicate data discrepancies and assist in resolution.
• Prepare partner reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Cleansing partner data for statistical analysis.
