Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a data analytics professional to join the team in the United States. You will learn, understand and analyze process workflows to support data reporting, extraction and analytics, and work with the team to design, develop, document, test and deploy custom reports and data exports.

You will provide accurate information to support enterprise business decisions, collect and analyze data to communicate performance against KPIs, and identify trends to propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of education, leadership may accept 4 years of applicable work experience.
• Previous experience in business, finance, data science, statistics, information management, analytics, fundraising or related field is preferred.

• Use database reporting environment to assist in the development and deployment of standard, ad-hoc and custom reports, dashboards and communications.
• Identify, analyze, research and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets to provide recommendations and possible solutions.
• Monitor and analyze return on investment of various activities.
• Collaborate with all areas of the organization to understand business requirements and goals to provide best service.

Implement processes, including potential automation, to streamline the extraction of data that results in accurate, user-friendly reports, analytics and mass communications. Identify, analyze, research and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets to provide recommendations and possible solutions.

Use logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of the data and arrive at conclusions that translate to performance measurement, improvement and outcomes. Monitor and analyze return on investment of various activities. Work with all areas of the organization to develop an understanding of business requirements and goals to provide best service. Proactively seek improvement and monitor feedback to make suggestions for information system modifications needed to support effective and accurate reporting and analysis for the organization.
