Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $115,000.00 Annually
The Associate, Credit & Capital Solutions will support the structuring, underwriting, and execution of capital markets transactions and credit investments across the firm’s real estate and investment platforms. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets, credit underwriting, and asset‑level analysis, and is designed for a high‑performing professional with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
The Associate will work closely with senior team members, asset management, legal counsel, and external capital partners, lenders, intermediaries, and borrowers to deliver financing solutions that support portfolio strategy, liquidity objectives, and investor requirements.
