ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Creative Director for the Brand & Strategy team in the United States (Washington). You will shape the brand identity, evolve systems, and drive design excellence across global touchpoints, internal and external.

The role requires crafting at scale with AI-driven brand systems while leading cross-functional teams and external partners. The right candidate brings 6–9 years in design, a strong craft ethos, and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to contribute to the vision for the ServiceNow brand and drive design excellence across the organization—across every channel and touchpoint, internal and external.

This role is responsible for executing and evolving the ServiceNow brand identity, contributing to a design-led vision across ServiceNow's brand ecosystem globally, and standing up systems-designed to scale with AI. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft with meticulous attention to executionanda sharp understanding of how to build for enterpriseapplication.They have experience leading projects with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies—and thrive in ambiguity.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $148,400 - $259,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
