We are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to help lead creative development across a key pharmaceutical client partnership. With a foundation in copy, you'll bring together strong creative thinking, strategic leadership, and hands‑on expertise to inspire teams and deliver work that is compelling, scientifically grounded, and meaningful to healthcare audiences.
This role is ideal for a collaborative creative leader who is equally comfortable helping to shape the big idea, guiding teams through execution, and rolling up their sleeves as needed. You'll partner closely with cross‑functional and client leaders to set the creative direction, champion great work, and create an environment where teams feel supported and empowered to do their best thinking.
