Job summary

Lucid Group seeks an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead creative development for a key pharmaceutical client partnership. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative role within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment.
  • Experience developing work for pharmaceutical or healthcare brands, particularly HCP audiences, required.
  • Strong copywriting background with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executional excellence across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading creative development and providing direction across both copy and art.
  • Ability to connect creative ideas to strategic, brand, and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows and collaborative, cross‑functional project delivery.
  • Experience mentoring and developing creative talent while contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting creative work and recommendations internally and to clients.
  • Comfortable balancing creative leadership with hands‑on involvement in the work when needed.
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide creative leadership and direction across a key pharmaceutical account, shaping work from initial strategy and concept development through execution.

  • Translate complex scientific, strategic, and business challenges into compelling creative ideas that resonate with healthcare professional audiences.
  • Partner closely with Account, Strategy, Medical, and other cross‑functional disciplines to ensure creative solutions are strategically sound, scientifically accurate, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted creative partner to clients, confidently presenting ideas, articulating creative rationale, and navigating feedback to move the work forward.
  • Balance strategic creative leadership with hands‑on contribution, stepping into the work when needed to solve challenges, strengthen concepts, and maintain quality.
  • Champion creative excellence across deliverables, ensuring consistency of voice, messaging, and creative vision throughout integrated campaigns and communications.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to help lead creative development across a key pharmaceutical client partnership.
