EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. We seek an Associate Creative Director, Art with pharma agency experience to lead art direction, shape visual storytelling, and elevate brand work across digital and print campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, mentor artists, present bold concepts for pitches, and drive inclusive, innovative creative that advances our clients’ brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
• 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and regulatory constraints.
• Must be highly conceptual.
• AOR experience is required.
• Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients.
• Book of strategic and beautiful work.
• Management and supervisory skill set.
• Sense of humor.
• Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. As an Associate Creative Director, Art, you will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with our brand vision.
