Let’s keep it simple. We need an Associate Creative Director to concept and develop ideas for one of the fastest growing and most radical outdoor brands in the nation. You’ll lead traditional classics and dive into some non-traditional fun too - all through a strategic lens with the ability to reach varied consumer profiles.

Location:

This role is based onsite in our Houston HQ, where the spirit of adventure is part of our daily routine. We’re looking for candidates who are local or willing to relocate (with assistance provided) to join our dynamic team.

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years experience as a senior art director, creative director, or creative lead within advertising, in-house, or design agency.
• Campaign concepting that includes motion, audio, social and non-traditional.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
