  • Ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, and other professional engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
  • Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department.
  • Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations before trial.
  • Defend assigned cases by trial or dispositive hearing.
  • Document files in a clear, concise, professional manner for various stakeholders.
