Job summary

Zero Hash is seeking a highly motivated in-house Associate Counsel to support its commercial contract and regulatory functions in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, client services agreements, vendor contracts), advising on financial and cryptocurrency regulations.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance policies, manage legal risks, and draft regulatory and law enforcement

Qualifications

• Active U.S. bar admission required.
• 4-6 years of legal experience in a corporate/jurisdictional setting preferred.
• Fintech/cryptocurrency regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, client services agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Provide legal guidance on financial regulations and crypto-specific law.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance policies.
• Draft regulatory communications in response to inquiries from regulators or law enforcement.
