CompuNet, Inc. is looking for an Associate Counsel located in Meridian, Idaho, to oversee contract review and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor and have 1–2+ years of relevant experience, especially within the OEM or IT services space.

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking an Associate Counsel to perform day‑to‑day contract review, negotiation, and redlining activities. This role is critical in ensuring that contractual agreements align with company standards, mitigate risk, and support business objectives across our technology solutions portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound business judgment, and experience working within the OEM, VAR, or technology solutions space.
Will be based in the Boise, Idaho area (including Meridian and surrounding communities) or willing to relocate to the Boise/Meridian area.
