Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience at a major investment bank or alternative asset manager (preferably M&A or investment banking).
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude.
  • Experience structuring complex transactions to achieve capital markets, tax, rating agency, and accounting objectives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter who can coordinate projects across global and cross‑platform teams.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Apollo is a global alternative asset manager focused on providing excess return across the risk‑reward spectrum. The Corporate Solutions team seeks a solution‑oriented investment professional to develop, structure, invest in, and manage large, complex investment opportunities on Apollo’s permanent capital base.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work on structuring complex transactions with a strong emphasis on financial modeling, credit analysis, legal/tax/accounting, and rating agency aspects.
  • Develop financial models and stress‑case scenarios to evaluate financing structures and investment opportunities.
  • Research potential investment opportunities and perform related credit analysis.

  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution.
Pay Range

Salary: $200,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Compensation varies by job function, level, and location.
