Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technology organization seeks an attorney to advise on a range of matters for a global supply chain software builder, including product launches, IP/licensing, privacy, and commercial agreements.
You will partner with teams across the organization, provide strategic guidance on compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI, and help translate complex legal requirements into practical business advice.
We're looking for an attorney to support Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technology organization, which tackles complex supply-chain challenges at Amazon scale — inventing and deploying technology to power Amazon's end-to-end consumer supply chain.

You will be the primary legal partner to a technology organization that automates and optimizes Amazon's global supply chain for physical goods. The teams you support build software spanning the entire retail supply chain, and you will strategically partner to understand their goals and unblock progress, advising on new systems and helping business teams understand what evolving legal requirements mean for the way they build. You will partner closely with privacy, competition, and AI specialists and with legal teams across the consumer organization, and act as a bridge that helps technical teams understand their legal obligations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
