Typical transactions will range from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value strategic alliance agreements. In a typical day of an Associate Corporate Counsel in AWS Sales & Marketing Legal, you may conduct meetings with several of your client teams to discuss upcoming engagements, provide advice on legal, regulatory and risk positions, draft and negotiate contracts, and attend a meeting with business leaders to review an important project.
