At The Reading Group, we operate across two distinct and dynamic business sectors. Our commercial real estate arm, Experimental Holdings, focuses on the acquisition, management, and sale of commercial property assets. Our product-driven arm, Spectrum Laboratories, oversees the nationwide retail and wholesale distribution of our primary product line. We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our in-house team to help protect and support both of these unique enterprises.
Reporting to the head of the Legal Team, the Associate Corporate Counsel will oversee the Company’s litigation matters across both business divisions. This includes handling pre-litigation correspondence, managing outside counsel during active litigation, and driving post-judgment collections. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented attorney with 2–5 years of experience who can manage potential disputes from start to finish while assisting with broader compliance and corporate transactions as needed.
