Conducts research and on-going analysis, prepares supporting documentation, and assists in due diligence efforts on transactions. Associates are looked upon as vital resources, managing analysts to ensure optimal execution and providing creative input in a variety of disciplines.**Position Overview**Associates can expect a fast-paced, demanding work environment that offers the opportunity to learn and grow professionally. Associates work in small deal teams on a wide range of transactions.
