Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal, administration, and general business processes for contract management support to complex government, commercial, and international programs.
• Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics.
• Provide contract management support to internal program teams, offering a strategic viewpoint and creative solutions.
• Analyze and assess business and contractual risk and provide mitigation tactics.
• Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and provisions.
• Identify applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices.
