• 5+ Years of experience in transportation & logistics, or a related field.
• 3+ Years of experience working as a member of a project team.
• 3+ Years of experience presenting to executive-level leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and studies.

• Review and edit all client communication documents.
• Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
• Respond to client's questions and concerns in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
• Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.
• Provide daily client services from project start to end.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain project documentation.
• Follow the project scope to ensure tasks remain on-track.
