The Associate Consultant role contributes to bids, account plans, and client engagements by conducting targeted research and analysis, often working with limited guidance and on own initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is typical.
• Some business experience is expected.
• Ability to understand and apply standard solutions and offerings.
• Able to identify and apply tools, techniques, and procedures to assigned work.
• Recognizes similarities between client businesses and others in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Work effectively with team members to cooperate and exchange information efficiently.
• Provide information or data to external clients as defined by a more senior colleague.
• Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, and share and request data; escalate client requests appropriately.
• Support business development efforts of senior colleagues, including participating in client calls and meetings and producing initial drafts for proposals.
