PayrHealth, LLC is seeking an Associate Consultant to serve as the operational backbone of client engagements. Youll partner with senior Consultants to keep projects organized, accurate, and moving, and youll learn managed care contracting from the inside.

As you show readiness, youll take ownership of your own contracting strategies, client relationships, and payor negotiations. This is a launch point for a career in payor contracting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and a habit of catching missing or inconsistent information.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; exposure to managed care contracting, credentialing, or provider enrollment is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Keep client projects on track by managing HubSpot and project trackers, monitoring milestones, and flagging delays before they become problems.
• Coordinate payor outreach alongside Consultants, and over time manage your own payor follow-up and negotiation activity.
• Research payor requirements and processes, and turn your findings into clear summaries for the team.
• Build and maintain client presentations, project plans, reports, and meeting materials.
• Maintain organized records of contracting documents, payor contacts, and correspondence.
• Support smooth handoffs between Consultants, credentialing and enrollment teams, and clients.

Our Payor Enrollment & Contracting team works directly with provider clients to get them contracted, enrolled, and positioned well with the payors that matter most to their business.
