Job summary

Ducker Carlisle seeks an Associate Consultant to join project teams, conducting research and analysis and contributing to client deliverables. The role can be based in Boston, MA or Troy, MI with a hybrid schedule. You will learn, be challenged and grow while supporting client engagements across diverse sectors.

The role emphasizes designing analyses, gathering data, preparing client presentations, and presenting findings to clients and senior staff. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with analytical modeling, statistics, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SQL or statistical packages preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as travel is an integral part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Design analyses using spreadsheets, databases, statistical methods and process mapping to meet project goals.
• Gather research through interviews, literature searches, and surveys; interpret results.
• Author client presentations and other deliverables.
• Present findings to clients and to senior consulting staff.
