Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Associate in our Health Practice to support client health and wellbeing strategies. You will design and manage benefit programs, benchmark plans, and drive cost‑saving funding solutions.

In this role, you’ll manage vendor relations, analyze RFPs, and ensure accurate annual plan documentation while delivering exceptional client service and collaborating with consultants. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with BPM skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 years related experience.
• Experience in employee benefits, health and welfare consulting, brokerage, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a client‑service environment.
• Exposure to large or complex client environments preferred.
• Work Traits: Demonstrates strong communication skills; Analytical skills; Attention to detail; Financial acumen; Business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and attend client meetings to deliver insights and solutions.
• Take on special projects and assignments to support the team's success.

About You

You're organized, resourceful, and detail oriented. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines. You're a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively but can also tackle tasks independently.

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A knack for asking insightful questions and following directions.
• A commitment to producing quality work and delivering value to clients.
• Knowledge of group insurance and wellbeing programs is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health License within six months of starting.
