Realta Fusion Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an Associate Scientist to contribute to plasma physics, fusion systems, diagnostics and modeling.
This entry-level role is designed for recent physics graduates with computational skills and a collaborative mindset. You will work across theory and experiments, perform simulations, help develop modeling infrastructure, and assist in data analysis while documenting findings and participating in planning discussions.

The Associate Scientist will support ongoing research and development activities related to plasma physics, fusion systems, diagnostics, and modeling. This role is designed for recent graduates with a strong foundation in physics and computational experience.
