Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in compliance or related field.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Charles River Development or Bloomberg Compliance Manager is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of pre-clearances under the firm’s Code of Ethics.
• Manage investment guidelines monitoring systems.
• Perform periodic and ad hoc testing of compliance programs.
• Assist with regulatory filings and responses to exams and audits.
• Support annual compliance program reviews and training.
• Coordinate with departments on compliance monitoring of equity, fixed income, real estate, trust services, AML, privacy, cybersecurity, and ERISA.
• Prepare meeting materials for committees.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities and risk.
