You will open and maintain a range of products, perform teller duties, process loan requests, and identify referral opportunities across Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, and Wealth Management. Strong accuracy and regulatory awareness are required.

The Associate Community Banker delivers personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions. This position is responsible maintaining client relationships, with emphasis on First Interstate Bank's Service Commitments and in accordance with our vision and values.

Takes personal initiative and serves as a positive example for others to follow. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
