Tommy Bahama seeks an Associate Color Coordinator to bring seasonal color to life across digital and print platforms. You will manage the master color palette in NEDGraphics and ensure accurate color translations for FlexPLM, Blue Cherry, and Adobe Creative Suite, while auditing color records for consistency.
You will collaborate with Design and IT, calibrate the Epson wide-format fleet, and support seasonally with color standard development and documentation.

The Associate Color Coordinator brings Tommy Bahama's seasonal color to life, digitally mixing and maintaining the master color palette in NEDGraphics and ensuring every approved color translates accurately across our systems, tools, and printed output. This position requires a strong eye for color accuracy, an understanding of basic color science, and a high level of organization and attention to detail.
The role serves as the subject matter expert for our color systems and standards, and the point of contact between Design and IT for related equipment and tools. The position reports into the Design Systems & Processes and works closely with Design leadership and other cross-functional teams.
