Job summary

Medpace is seeking an Associate Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) for a full-time, office-based role within our Clinical Trial Management team. The aCTM will work with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers to manage clinical trials and apply analytical and academic skills to project administration.

Training is expected and an accelerated career path in CTM is available in an international environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences required or equivalent research experience.
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team.
• Prior CRO/pharma experience is not required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project personnel.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the TM system.
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, sites, and vendors.
• Provide oversight of regulatory filing system and QA of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines and coordinate meetings with quality minutes.
